This week we are celebrating Halloweek here at Charleston Crafted! Check in every day to see how we are decorating and baking for one of my favorite holidays!
If you follow us on twitter and instagram @charlestoncraft, you might have seen this preview:
When I posted that, Sean was out of town and saw the Instagram and said…. is that a table of solo cups with a little coke in them? hahaha! Sorry if my tease confused you, too.
It was actually a zoom in of a little Halloween picture frame project I did. This was another Pinterest inspired project that was really easy to do!
What you need:
A Picture Frame (I used plain $1 wooden ones)
Black paint and a paint brush
Tons of googley eyes (I got 4 variety packs from Michaels with tons of different sizes)
a halloween photo
What you do:
Paint the frame black. Make sure to paint the sides and the back to get a fully cohesive look.
After the paint dries, start glueing on eyes! I started by placing the largest eyes around the frame and then filled in with smaller eyes.
I decided that it was ok to see black between the eyes- I think it looked cool.
Let it dry really well and add your Halloween picture! I decided to make 2 frames, one for each of the pictures of our babies in past Halloween costumes.
What’s your favorite Halloween craft?
