It’s been a while since we’ve posted a Taco Thursday recipe so I thought I’d share on of my favorite go-to burrito fillings!
What you need:
1 cup rice
1lb ground beef or turkey
shredded cheese- mexican blend
1 can of black beans
What you do:
Cook the rice.
Cook the meat.
When the meat finishes, add the rice, beans, some cheese, and salsa. Stir stir stir in the pan and let it all meld together.
That’s it! Eat in a burrito or a bowl. Top with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, onion, or cucumber!
This recipe freezes really well, is super easy, and amazingly delicious!
